Abandon any type of structured method of typing, such as home row keys, let your fingers flow freely onto the keyboard.....
Home row keys and standard finger/hand placement are designed for learning where the keys are located, but are not ideal for speed typing, you must learn to let go of any method of typing to let your hands move as quickly and freely as needed to type fast--- also--- one of my favorite songs-- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DmWWqogr_r8
