I usually use the Tofu with the 62g Zilents or the Leopold with Cherry MX Silent Red, as I prefer light silenced switches for general typing.
My favourite keyboard is actually the Unicomp with the IBM buckling springs, but I find the switches to be a bit too stiff to use as a daily driver. Buckling springs are my favourite switches for long typing sessions though.
