There are 12 main Greek Gods; Zeus, Poseidon, Hades, Hera, Athena, Demeter, Aphrodite, Ares, Hephaestus, Apollo, Artemis, Hermes, and Dionysus or Hestia. Zeus is the God of the sky, Poseidon is the God of the sea, and Hades is the God of the underworld, and these three gods are the big three gods. Athena is the Goddess of wisdom mostly, Hera is the Goddess of families, Demeter is the Goddess of agriculture, Aphrodite is the Goddess of love, Ares is the God of war, Hephaestus is the God of fire and blacksmiths, Apollo is God of many things, but he is mainly the God of the sun, Artemis is the Goddess of hunting, Hermes is the God of many thing, but mostly he is the God of messengers, Dionysus is the God of wine, and last of all Hestia is the Goddess of hearths.
