I was born on February 4th, 1998, in a small town near the coast. My parents always tell me that even as a baby, I was quite active and cheerful. Now, as an adult, I try to live a balanced and healthy lifestyle. I’m 1.65 meters tall, slim, and have long dark brown hair and bright brown eyes. People often say I have a friendly smile and a kind expression, though when I’m tired, I can look a little pale.
Every morning, I wake up at 6:30 a.m., do some light exercises, and have a healthy breakfast that includes whole-grain bread, boiled eggs, and a cup of green tea. I believe that eating a balanced diet helps me stay fit and energetic throughout the day. I usually wear comfortable clothes, like cotton T-shirts, jeans, and trainers when I go jogging, but for work, I prefer formal clothes — a white blouse, black trousers, and sometimes a blazer. On special occasions, I like wearing elegant dresses and high heels to look more stylish.
A few years ago, I got seriously ill with the flu. I had a high temperature, a sore throat, and felt dizzy and weak. My doctor advised me to stay in bed, drink plenty of fluids, and take some medicine. During that time, my boyfriend — now my husband — looked after me every day. He made chicken soup, bought me fresh fruit, and reminded me to rest properly. His kindness during my illness made me realize that he was the person I wanted to spend my life with.
We got married two years later, in a small wedding ceremony by the beach. I wore a white silk wedding dress with lace sleeves, and he wore a dark blue suit with a matching tie. Our friends said we were a perfect couple — both calm, understanding, and always supportive of each other. Since our marriage, we’ve tried to keep our relationship healthy by communicating openly, sharing housework, and spending quality time together.
Nowadays, I work as a nutrition consultant, helping people improve their diet and mental well-being. I often remind my clients that health isn’t only about the body — it’s also about feeling confident, happy, and comfortable in your own skin. I sometimes suffer from stress and headaches because of long working hours, but I manage it by taking breaks, meditating, and going on weekend trips with my husband.
As I look back, I realize that good health, love, and self-care are the keys to a meaningful life. Whether I’m wearing casual clothes at home or dressing up for a special event, I’ve learned that true beauty comes from how we feel inside — not just how we look on the outside.
