In recent decades, fossil fuels such as coal, oil, and natural gas have remained the primary sources of energy across the globe. However, growing environmental concerns and the finite nature of these resources have prompted several countries to promote alternative, renewable energy sources like solar, wind, and hydropower. In my view, this is a highly positive development that benefits both the environment and the long-term sustainability of energy systems.
