To achieve this it is envisaged that the Knowledge Management Centre will provide consulting services to all institutions/agencies working in the urban transport and planning domain. Services offered will include Urban transport and town planning, GIS mapping and resource planning. Monitoring and evaluation of initiatives undertaken, and Development of policy briefs. It is believed that creation of a knowledge management centre is a necessary requirement with the increasing urbanization envisaged in the country.
