The Court shall, on receipt of a request under sub-section (1) of section 105-C or sub-section (3) thereof, direct any police officer not below the rank of Sub-Inspector of Police to take all necessary action to locate and identify such property. The action referred to in sub-section (1) may also include an investigation, investigation or survey in respect of any person, place, property, asset, document, books of accounts of any bank or public financial institution or any other relevant matter. There may also be any inquiry, investigation or survey referred to in sub-section (2). Any inquiry, investigation or survey referred to in sub-section (2) shall be conducted by the officer referred to in sub-section (1) in accordance with the directions given in this behalf by the said Court. Where any officer conducting investigation or investigation under section 105-D has reason to believe that any property in respect of which such investigation or exploration is being carried out is likely to be concealed, transferred or treated in any manner which would result in the disposal of such property where he is proceeding to acquire the said property. and where it is not feasible to acquire such property, he may order attachment by directing that such property shall not be transferred or otherwise treated without the previous permission of the officer making such order and a copy of such order shall be served on the person concerned. And a copy of such order shall be served on the person concerned. Where a court in the India has reasonable grounds to believe that any property acquired by any person has been derived or derived directly or indirectly from the commission of any offence to such person, it may make any order for attachment or forfeiture of such property which he is under section 105-D to section 105-A (both) (Shall be taken to PRIs) to deem fit.
