After identification the police brought the father Gulab Singh aged about 70 years and the sister of the deceased namely Pramila to the Morchary for identification of the dead body and they identified himas Bhomraj.The police recorded the statements under Section 161 of the Cr.P.C., of Mukesh Pawar, Gulab Singh Pawar and Pramila Barde. Pramila Barde and Gulab Singh disclosed that Bhomraj was suffering from stomach pain due to the stone. He was referred by Government Hospital, Barwani on 23.01.2020 to the M.Y. Hospital. They brought him and admitted in the ICU. On 24.01.2020, Bhomraj, Pramila and Gulab went to the hotel for lunch. Near the hotel, one boy jerked Gulab Singh, thereafter, 6 – 7 others came and all were in drunken condition, they manhandled her father. They further disclosed that in the night near about 9:00 pm, Bhomraj was not feeling well, therefore, he went out of the hospital and did not return.
