Opinions are divided on whether working a long time in a company are beneficial or drawbacks for younger. I agree with this benefits view because, although this may lead to some inconvenience, its advantages are way more significant.
Admittedly, spending long hours at work may bring certain drawbacks. One of them is harmful to personal life, which can lead to a lack of work-life balance. Long working hours often result in young workers having limited time for family and leisure activities, which negatively affects relationships and mental health. Additionally, another issue is decreased productivity, which can lead to burnout and reduces overall productivity and creativity. Long work hours can exhaust employees, which reducing their effectiveness over time and causing several potential serious health issues.
However, there are several advantages to young workers working overtime, particularly in terms of career progression and skills development. One of the main benefit is significant career growth, which spending extra hours allows young workers to take on more responsibilities and demonstrate their dedication. This facilitates employees is recognized by employers, leading to faster promotions and increased opportunities for advancement. Another benefit is enhanced skill acquisition, which, with more time spent at work, allows young employees to gain more experience and expertise, making them more valuable to employers. The extra hours provide more opportunities to learn new skills and improve existing ones, which are significant to their expertise.
In conclusion, it is clear that the benefits far outweigh the potential drawbacks of long work hours. Based on the presented arguments, I completely agree with the proposed idea.
