Long work hours can exhaust employees, which reducing their effectiveness over time and causing several potential serious health issues. However, there are several advantages to young workers working overtime, particularly in terms of career progression and skills development. One of the main benefit is significant career growth, which spending extra hours allows young workers to take on more responsibilities and demonstrate their dedication. This facilitates employees is recognized by employers, leading to faster promotions and increased opportunities for advancement. Another benefit is enhanced skill acquisition, which, with more time spent at work, allows young employees to gain more experience and expertise, making them more valuable to employers.
