Numerous investigators have found that the teacher-student relationship can have positive effects on student development, cognitive development, determination in higher education, academic achievement, and educational aspirations students ‘personality development.
Social relations between students and teachers contribute to creating well learning process and it has effects on both student development and teacher development. Teacher pupil contact is more significant if it is connected with the student’s progress. Social context delivers opportunities for important advisement and the development of friendship.  
The latest analyses of the literature aim to find the values underlying teaching and learning have legitimate meanings in the social context. It is argued that learning does not only rest on the teacher’s leadership skills, mastery of content, planning, programmed learning, and integration of technology and books. It shows, there has been increasing recognition of the importance.
