The easiest way to calm the mind is to sit somewhere quiet and nice and focus on your breathing. Somehow you have to keep yourself calm in the morning and do not start your morning with worries. If you allow bad thoughts to dominate your mind early in the morning, then your whole day can go bad. If you somehow calm your mind in the morning, then your whole day can go well. Affirmation will make you completely positive in the morning. In the morning you can say to yourself that I am happy, I have a lot in my life , I have some sorrows in my life but I have the courage to fight them, I have good relatives who are always ready to help me. I have a good body, many people don't even have hands, they don't even have legs, I will have breakfast which many people don't have, how lucky I am, my life is good and I want to make it better Woke up for
In the same way, according to your life, you can also speak Affirmation to yourself. You can add your best line in your own way, just that line should be positive because when you say this, you are telling your subconscious mind that you are this and if you say this to yourself in the morning that I am a happy person and I am going to change my life so these things get stored in your Subconscious Mind and then your decisions go accordingly. Along with this, you also speak some other Affirmation as if I am a very good speaking person, people like me, so imagine it think in your mind how it will feel when you speak well, what will be the atmosphere  then as you speak. You wonder how you would feel if you did it.  Slowly you start doing it in your life as well and with this you start making your life better. For some people, all these things are a joke, but for those who have done it, it was no less than a miracle. Although this is a very common thing and a small thing, but people do not even do it. After doing so much work of the mind comes sariyam means work of the body. By the way, I am not asking you to do gym in the morning or do heavy exercises , just you have to do small exercises and you will find many such applications which you find comfortable, then you listen to your favorite song by putting on headphones. Can go for morning walk.
If you like running, then you can run because this small exercise will make you agile and you will enjoy working even more.
