Advocate lawyer or attorney has several meanings advocate but Hindi is a person whom the court in for her on behalf of any other person or authority to render the suit. An advocate presents the argument on behalf of or on behalf of another person. It is mainly used in the context of law. Often most people do not have the ability, knowledge, skills, or language power to express themselves effectively. The need for an advocate underscores this point. Among other things advocate besides jurist lawyer should be. Lawyers call that which law or who has done professional study of law.
There are two categories of such persons in the Indian judicial system Senior Advocate Advocate and Advocate Lawyer. Each Territorial High Court has its own rules for the nomination of Advocates under the Indian Bar Council Act. An Advocate enrolled in the Supreme Court can represent before any Court of the country. Advocate, Render before the Supreme Court or High Court The Advocate General ie the Advocate General is the most important officer to represent the Government side. If the Supreme Court and the High Court are of the opinion that an advocate is entitled to become a senior advocate on the basis of his qualifications, his position in the court, special knowledge or legal experience, he can be made a senior advocate with his consent. A senior advocate cannot appear in the Supreme Court without another advocate. The name of the second advocate should be on record. Similarly, in order to appear in other courts and tribunals, the name of the associate advocate should be included in the state list. The level of education is prescribed for registration as an advocate. Rules have been framed for control over business conduct and behavior as well as for other matters. Laws relating to the legal profession of India Advocates Act, 1961 and Bar Council of India of the country Bar Council on the basis of the rules laid down. It is a customized legal code for professionals working in the field of law, under which the Bar Councils of the country and the states are constituted. Any lawyer registered under the Advocates Act, 1961 has the right to practice legal practice throughout India. An advocate registered with the Bar Council of a State can apply for transfer of his name to the Bar Council of another State as per the rules prescribed. But no lawyer can be registered with the Bar Council of one or more states. The Bar Councils of the State have the power to take legal action against the lawyers registered with them. An appeal can be made against this action in the Bar Council of the country and the right to go to the Supreme Court is also available.
