In the history of Greek political thought Plato was a highly idealistic political thinker and a great priest of ethics. Since the death of Socrates  Platos heart was filled with democracy. Therefore, on the basis of his justice perception, Plato began to imagine a regime, which was governed by superior people. What is justice Plato's main problems have been, and to address this problem, at the age of 40, Plato created a republic, titled subject justice or in relation to justice.
Plato created the ideal state with a definite objective and that objective is to establish a political system in which all individual, social and political institutions are guided by justice. Plato has served as both critic and philosopher because he has articulated his theory of justice while criticizing the judicial ideas of his predecessor thinkers.
Plato did not consider justice to be limited only to the observance of rules, because justice is based on the intuition of the human soul. It is not a strong victory over the weak, because it protects the weak from the strong. According to Plato, a just state can be attained by taking care of the good of all. In a just society, rulers, military classes and productive classes all do what they should. In this type of society rulers are intelligent, soldiers are brave, and producers follow self-control or restraint.
Its exponent is Thracimacus. According to Thrassey, Justice is a means of accomplishing the selfishness of the strong. The state makes laws for its own benefit. The state enforces that law through power. From a persons perspective a wise person wants to keep himself happy and satisfied. According to him, this kind of conduct is justice for him. Thus  what is justice in the eyes of the state is injustice to the person.
