Multiple confluent haemorrhagic parenchymal contusions are seen in the left frontal lobe largest measuring 13 mm. There is significant surrounding vasogenic edema and mild mass effect in the form of compression at partial effacement of left lateral ventricle and midline shift of 3.8 mm towards right.
 
Thin sleeve of SDH is seen in the interhemispheric fissure
 
Multifocal convexity subarachnoid haemorrhage is seen in the right parietal and temporal region  
 
Focal epidural hematoma of maximum transverse thickness 3 mm is seen in the right temporal region
