Here I am sitting at my work desk, with my linear red switches. Let me tell you a little bit about my history of typing. It all started when a work colleague showed me his computer setup, he had a really cool 60% from Corsair. The reason I was so impressed was that I had never seen a keyboard without the number pad! This had me thinking, "What do I even use the number pad for?". So I started looking, YouTube video after YouTube video but nothing caught my eyes. Eventually, I decided on a cheap starter board, the Drevo Gramr 84, a simple compact board with red switches. But after ordering this keyboard I thought to myself "Why not a tactile switch? Why reds?" questioning my decision. Following a large amount of user feedback and YouTube reviews I decided on the Ducky one 2 tkl (RGB because why not) with brown switches. But now I sit here waiting, as the pre-order is existing, with no action applied to my package. The truest form of pain and wonder, when? When will my typing experience truly begin?
