Unsure if this guy https://10fastfingers.com/user/1435371/ is a cheater or not, his profile is brand new and very inconsistent for the speed he's writing at. I also just noticed all of his tests apart from his last one he has 0 corrections, 0 errors, but they still fluctuate greatly. This would tell me he's cheating. His last one, which is also his slowest and only one with any corrections/mistakes is only 129 WPM. I suspect he was cheating in the first couple and then decided to give it a go for real on the last one.

Yes, as he said above. If you look at http://10fastfingers.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=7 <that thread you will notice 140 WPM is not that uncommon. It's rather slow compared to the top typists, of which 10fastfingers has a lot of.
