Yes, that is a pretty nice typing speed. I did around 450 chars/min when I was 12-13 and now, ten years later, I can easily type around 140-150 words per minute (record 170 WPM). So keep it up and you'll be as good as me one day.

Why the language of the screenshot is French and your competition : English ?

@AndroidM: Because you're French. ^^ If an Englishman looks the same screenshot, for him it will be translated into English. Language depends on who generates the screenshot. I guess it has to do with cookies or something like that.
