If you look at the number of words actually typed, it goes from 79 in Korean to 68 in English. I see nothing shocking. The previous record holders in Korean have roughly the same score differences (Christopher Seo and blduck).
However, there is indeed a weird thing because you can see 984 keystrokes for only 79 words, which means an average of 12 keystrokes per word (against 5 in English). I don't know Korean but I have doubts about this huge average.
So in my opinion this score is legit but I think there is a problem with the calculation of WPM in Korean (as well as in Chinese and Japanese). In this case, a score between 80 and 100 WPM would seem more normal.
