On attempt on breaking my record of 162WPM once the result loaded it showed 0WPM.

I don't know if others have the problem too, but sometimes when I do the Top 1000 Mode and I finished the test it sais that I have typed 0 WPM. Can this problem be solved? Do other poeple have this too?

1000 word Competitions also isn't working correctly for me. It will only register a small portion of what I actually typed (usually says around 20 WPM and 100 strokes) For my first competition it worked fine, had taken the anti-cheat tests and all was well.. but now I sadly cannot participate in the tourneys. anyone have a possible fix for this, possibly my connection or browser? when I type in the 200 word and 1000 word it always registers perfectly, but never works in comps.

I also have that with the competions, and with the 0 wpm on the 1000 mode. It is really anoying and if someone has a solution to this problem please post it somewhere. Thank u.

hello guys. I am looking for a good solution due my typing competiton having big problems as typing competiton always giving me wrong marks. I used to get 50 an above but recently I only got around 3 or 4 marks which is it is strongly impossible. I thought there is something wrong technically. I have contact customer service few times but never got any respond. Is there anyone here can help me to fix my problem? Thank you in advance.

As far as I know the 0 WPM result primarily happened when typing in more than one tab and you got 0 WPM in all but the last one opened/refreshed. This was actually no bug, and it prevented users from taking more than one test per minute by typing in multiple tabs. Even so, there seems to have been a lot of confusion and complaints. Therefore it was changed and the 0 WPM result shouldn't occur this way anymore.
