The guy is kind of famous on Youtube. I don't know if this is his real account, but I do recall hearing (I follow him on Twitter) that he reached 130+ once on this site though. He has 120 000+ subscribers and is a big time gamer. I do think that if it is really his account then the score might be real. I can't assure you of anything though.

I don't know how this is even possible, to have multiple highs in different languages. Just thought I'd post, seems unlikely.

And the youtube accounts posted to the page seem fake.. Yeah they miss a few words but programs are so easily written nowadays...

There is no reason to believe this user is cheating. He is a well-known long time member and holds the record in German:
