And by the way, if these obvious cheaters are included in the general pool for determining any type of legitimate "winning percentage" stats(which if not tallied, would be a VERY desirable metric), then the mere existence of these accounts skews these calculated percentages.

Not a complaint at all.. just an observation from a legitimate user

I'm not sure what you mean by "winning percentage" stats, and how that is affected by banned users.
