Some scores should be deleted first, and it could take some time, if approved. Since your account is very new, why don't you create another one?

The user is on the watch list and could get banned at any time. While seemingly a fast typist (search the web), he has cheated and been auto-banned before with scores up to the limit of 255 WPM in English tests and competitions.
