Hey there,

I encountered a similar problem back in the days and one of the following should be the solution:

Try to access 10ff via another browser
Update flash players and other plugins as it can't be seen

Do you got issues with like youtube videos aswell?

Im sure you'll get an update about your account status soon - you can also try to use your email + password to login and password reset function.

my user name & login working properly in forum but face problem to login in typing area.

Having the same issue, I always used to log in with username and password, now it doesn't work. Tried with email address but it claims no account listed with that address (tried all my other addresses just to be sure as well). Not sure what is going on.
