Celal Aşkın participated for several years in the worldwide championships of Intersteno. In 2011, he won the 3rd place in Paris. And in 2012, he got the 4th highest score of the Internet contest. If he manages to be as fast and accurate on long texts for 10 minutes or more, no wonder he does as well or better on simpler tests of 1 minute.
So this user is legit, unless someone proves that it's a fake or gives at least more convincing arguments than "I think he's probably cheating".

Hi,
I find strange things like that, but I had to discuss it with everyone.
To my surprise, I entered the user's profile "Ary Klni" and I saw that in her description, she accuses me of use cheats.
I expected that sooner or later someone would accuse me of cheater. There is nothing more infuriating to being accused of something I am not.
If at any time a website administrator wanted to I make a video to show my keyboarding skills, I will happily and without any problems.
I am outraged. I am not a **** cheater, I just start learn when I was 8 years old, and I have 28 years old. 20 years of typewriting, chating, playing with computer and practicing. Please dont be stupid.
