I highly question some of these successes. I read in a magazine that the maximum CPM, which is physically possible for a human being is between 750 and 800. Higher CPMs can only be reached with a shortening system or keyboard shortcuts.
I am pretty sure that this list contains a few cheaters, who are using keyboard shortcuts.
