Some updates:
Vietnamese: 166 WPM (+19 WPM) by picicrazy (although there are some doubts about this user).
Romanian: 165 WPM (+12 WPM) by qbZ.
Finnish: 156 WPM (+1 WPM) by Ougaa.
Russian: 130 WPM (+7 WPM) by Xenser.

Slovenian: 135 WPM by qbZ (there is a 136 WPM by this user but he's probably a cheater - what do you think?).
Hebrew: 129 WPM by GoopieTc (not absolutely sure if it's legit or not).
@qbZ: For your Dutch highscore, sorry but I can't validate it without further visible proof. I'm going to add a screenshot of all the records which are still visible.
About Kukkain's 162 WPM, I don't know if this is his best score in Romanian. Anyway he didn't get it on the current bank but on the old one (which was much easier). If you compare the number of words actually typed (not the WPM) in his graph and yours, you will notice a difference of 20 to 30 words between his scores and yours.

Update: Korean (171 WPM) and Finnish (157 WPM).
@qbZ: 7 months ago the calculation of corrections didn't exist, so it shows "0 correction" by default, but there may have been some corrections. About the Slovenian bank, I don't think it has changed since that time.
