There seems to be a flaw with these non-latin languages. I can't imagine any human being hitting 1700+ keys within a minute.

yes there is, i probably typed around 1000~1100 cpm but i know some people who can actually type around 1700cpm. so i'd not say hitting 1700+ keys is impossible.
