that was smooth but pace wasnt exactly constant cuz he sped up in short bursts at the shorter words, seems a little hasty to conclude hes cheating, other than the fact he didnt display the result it looked legit!

Well, IMO it didn't look legit anyway, because for one thing, he didn't make any mistakes, and also, I think the reason that it looks like he bursts on some short words is just because they are shorter so that it looks like he's typing faster since he's finishing them so fast.
But anyway, for it to be considered even being close to legit we alteast have to see the end result. I could take a test and get 100 WPM and say that I got 150 if I didn't show the ending. Therefore we can't let that happen.
