Help to improve typing as a handicapped person.

Hey folks,
My name is Roar, I'm born with a handicap named "arthrogryposis multiplex congenita".
I got a mild version, but due to it I've struggled to learn to type with all my fingers since they're kind of "crooked" especially my right hand (I'm using only my Index finger on the right hand, I may use 1 more at random)
I'm basically only using 5 fingers in total, 6 at times if my little finger (No, not the character in GoT) feel like hitting a key.
Well to the point, do anyone have experience as handicapped or any idea how I could improve my typing speed or general tips as non-handicapped - how did you learn to use the "less active fingers"?
Since I'm kind of stuck in a certain way to type, and either need to re-learn it from scratch or simply practice tons while remembering to use yet another finger.
And of course what would be the optimal speed one can reach using 6 fingers?
What can I aim for, is there any calculations to somehow show an estimated number compared to normal typers.
(Say if you're typing at 100 wpm with 10 fingers, I'm expected to reach 60 wpm with 6 - well it's obviously wrong but just as an example).
This is my profile here at 10fastfingers if you're interested:
