fyi, I didn't intend to cheat. At first, I got 219 WPM, and I don't know what's wrong. And after some searching I found out about the "multi competition test" problem. Then I'm doing some testing about it (just want to know what's this actually), and it works, until I got 249 WPM, then my test result's gone.
please, if it's possible, please fix my account.

I don't know what you mean by this as I've never heard of any "multi competition test" problem. It sure looks like you were testing out a cheating method in this private competition. Here are all your scores:

48-219-46-44-65-99-160-185-249 WPM

check out Coziest's post at this page viewtopic.php?f=2&t=5 (this's what I mean by "multi competition test")

well, I do trying to find out how it's happened, and how to make it happen. and now I almost understand why it's happen. but, I really didn't mean to cheat, I am just curious about it. and actually, I can't call it as cheating, it's more like exploiting a bug.

check my history, I never did it before. I just do it today at that (my) private competition.

You say you got those last results on purpose, so you must know what you did. Try to explain in detail what happened.

I "almost" know what I did (at that time).
I got 219 WPM not on purpose. After I know that there's something wrong, then I'm trying to find out what's it. Until I got 249 WPM and my account become a ghost (unseenable).

check this vid, I create a new private competition again (just to demonstrate it),

*censor the link if needed.

once again, I didn't intend to cheat.

...sorry for my bad English.

Very interesting video. I haven't seen this bug before. Your account is fixed and the results are up for deletion. Are the scores in these two private competitions the only cases where you experienced or tested the bug?

yes, only these two, I didn't dare to test on public competition.

one more thing, You see in that video that I type only a few words, I do it on purpose. Because if I type fast enough then I will get 0 WPM, may be because it's detected as abnormal result (too high WPM).
I hope it can be fixed in the near future.

Thanks for fixing my account.

Ok, many have gotten the 0 WPM result when opening tests or competitions in more than one tab and not typing in the last one opened/refreshed. What I didn't know is that it's possible to get a result that's too high if you type slow enough, although I've seen similar results before. This bug is actually an old one that has been recurring on the forum from time to time: Bug

Hi,

We know that having multiple open tabs can cause various bugs on the scores. But by watching the video, I note that your connection seems very slow (and/or your PC?), the pages load slowly and when you start the test, the other tab is still loading. Perhaps it's another cause of bug?

I also note another strange thing in this competition: you appear in first place with two completely different scores while they should be the same. So obviously what is happening doesn't only affect the score, but also the correct display of the page.

When you think you're on to something there's another problem around the corner. These bug issues are very inconvenient to say the least. About the difference in scores from number 1 and winner (W); I've seen this many times in the past and it's not related to a specific bug. W was indroduced later and it doesn't seem to be programmed in the same way as number 1. For number 1 you can't get scores registered past a certain limit, but this doesn't apply to W. If you score above this limit it will be registered as W and the closest score to and below the limit will be registered as 1. In a competition you will be banned if the limit is exceeded. So the only ways this situation should appear is if you find an old user that cheated before the introduction of this limit and has yet to be banned, or as in this case, if a user is unbanned.
