There are many typists with different methods, often self-made, just like you have your own solution and technique. So there's really no right or wrong and "home row" is just the name of one practical method of teaching and learning touch typing.

Hi guys,i am beginner of fingers learning in typing speed.I read the post.Really more useful to us and i get some tips .It improves my fastest typing speed skills.Thanks for your valuable sharing in this forum :D

I use all of my fingers except my 2 thumbs.. I just tilt them up for some reason and don't use them, no idea why :lol:

I use all the fingers except the thumb of my left hand.
