All I can say is practice makes perfect. Don't tense up and try to push yourself to go faster; just go at your own pace and do a test every so often to see how you're doing. Do everyday typing--hanging out in active forums, chatrooms or just emailing/messaging your friends is good.

Also, would it be possible to remove my result from that competition? I don't really want my scores to have counted there; it wouldn't be fair to the other person that also got 130WPM. Thanks. c:

I hate seeing long words together--I can deal with any length (I especially love to have short words together because my thumbs tend to hit the space bar very frequently even if I don't mean to) but seeing long words together makes me reflexively slow down. It just intimidates me. xD

Change the typing test language and change the website language (note, this does not affect the typing test langauge).
