what to do with left thumb

I've noticed that when I type, my left thumb is never used. I use my right thumb to hit the spacebar so my left thumb just sits there, being useless.

To optimize typing, what should I do with my left thumb? I'm currently trying to have it cover the keys "c" and "v" and maybe "b" and it's working meh.

In general, ideally, both thumbs should cover the entire bottom row of the keyboard. And so, I ran into the same problem and also do not know how to optimize typing with them.

For my left thumb, it doesn't hit any other keys except the space bar.

Some times i use my left thumb too to hit the space bar and yes but only sometimes. From this thread I will never let my left thumb to rest
